Geometry Dash Dark Drop is a challenging 7 stars and 3 user coins Harder level collaboration created by NatDak and Alkali and published by the latter. This is the fifth and final level in the Chaos Gauntlet and the first of Alkali's Drop trilogy, followed by Darker Drop and Darkest Drop.

Gameplay

Dark Drop's gameplay consists of two parts: NatDak's section from 0% to 43%, and Alkali's section from 44% to 100%:

  • NatDak's part starts with a basic cube section, followed by a 3x wave segment and a switch between cube and UFO. At 22%, there is another wave part with 22.5-degree slopes, and the player switches between cube and robot until the auto part. After a short ship segment, the player navigates a cube section and then a basic ball part, where they collect the first user coin at 4%. The level ends with a cube passage, and the player collects the second coin at 61% by jumping from the block and clicking on the invisible jump orb.
  • Alkali's part starts with a cube section, followed by a robot part and another cube section. At 51%, there is a curve-flying section, and the player navigates a semi-auto mini-ship part and a slow cube part. The second user coin is collected here by making an extra jump after entering the cube portal. At 71%, there is a dual mini-ship segment, and the player navigates a slow wave part and a short normal speed cube part. The third coin is collected at 77% in the wave segment, where the player must do precise wave movements above the normal way and through a small space. The level ends with a 3x dual cube and an easy robot- and cube section.
