In other words, this is the prequel to Ocean Rush. City Rush is a level with a distinctive color scheme, combining purple and yellow for the bulk of the level, with neon colored accents and 3D block design as well; the whole thing feels like a complete package, from the lighting effects to the background, particularly toward the end of the level with the purple and blue cityscape, which looks fantastic, and the various gameplay elements that were incorporated, all of which make the decoration stand out all the more.
