Geometry Dash INNARDS is an Extreme Demon level rated 10 stars and 3 user coins, created and published by Kaito and verified by Cinci.

Numerous people thought INNARDS to be the toughest level, even though Wooshi (a very experienced player) has acknowledged that he thinks Tartarus is tougher. Its unconfirmed, super-buffed version, which Cinci was initially planning to validate before dumping it, was seen as such by many players. That version was intended to be more difficult than Zodiac. Although most people prefer to believe that this version is likewise an Extreme Demon, Cinci said that INNARDS has a difficulty level that is comparable to a Hard Demon.

• The level contains 66,494 objects and lasts for 1 minute and 25 seconds.
• On July 7, 2019, the level was first listed as being at position #93 on the Demonlist, above GridLocked (#94) and below Aftermath (#92).
• Superstrike was moved from the Legacy List to the Demonlist as a result of this addition.
• The level, which has been significantly improved, is allegedly so challenging that EndLevel, a very talented player and former hacker, was unable to finish a complete practice run on it.
• INNARDS was added to the Demonlist's Legacy List with the introduction of Molten Gear on July 6, 2020.
